Various types and sizes of anti-corrosion tank covers made of reinforced polypropylene (PPH) are available, which have the advantages of aesthetic appearance, less maintenance, long service life and high cost performance. The tank covers are usually assembled and welded by reinforced polypropylene board and pipe. The reasonable structural design and advanced extrusion welding technology adopted provide the tank covers with the required strength, air tightness and safety. The tank covers also feature anti-corrosion, anti-aging, chemical resistance, creep resistance, uv-resistance and high temperature resistance. They are widely used in pickling, electrolysis, electroplating, chlor-alkali and pharmaceutical production lines, etc. The covers are suitable for a variety of tanks to prevent the volatilization of gases produced by these following solutions after heating, the solutions such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, mixed acid, or alkaline.
