The off-gas is drafted by the fan to the effective space of the scrubbing tower for being sprayed with liquid pumped by the circulation pump in order to let liquid fully contact the off-gas, so as to dissolve the gaseous phase pollutants to the liquid phase with aim of separating the pollutants and cleaning the gas. According to the composition and temperature of the pollutants to be separated, scrubbing towers of different materials can be selected for manufacturing. They are always seen in the treatment applications of various acid-laden gases and sulfur oxides generated during the experiment, chemical product production processes, and steel product pickling and surface treatment processes.
